Sales Tax Exemption Instructions

If you qualify for sales tax exemption, please complete the steps below before or after placing your order.

Step 1: Submit Your Information

Send your exemption documents to us using one of the following methods:

Include:

• Business Name
• Contact Name
• Order Number (if you have already placed an order)
• A copy of your Tax Exemption or Resale Certificate

Step 2: Approval

Once approved:

• Your customer account will be marked as tax exempt (where applicable).
• Future qualifying orders placed while logged into your approved account will not be charged sales tax.
• If you already placed an order before approval, contact us as soon as possible and we'll review whether a tax refund can be issued if eligible.

Important Information

• Tax exemption is available only for valid, unexpired certificates.
• We may request updated documentation if your certificate expires.
• Tax exemption applies only where permitted by law.
• Orders may be delayed until your exemption has been verified.
